These Terms govern your use of iamquin.ai (the "Site"), operated by Quin Is Your Wise Buddy, Inc. ("Quin," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Research Demo, Not a Product

The Site is an experimental research demo used to test agentic flows. It is not a finished service. Features may break, change, or be removed. We may end the demo at any time.

Not Financial Advice

Content on the Site is for informational and research purposes only and does not constitute:

• Personalized financial advice or recommendations
• Investment, legal, tax, or insurance advice
• A fiduciary, advisory, or broker relationship

Responses are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate. You should not rely on the Site to make financial decisions. Consult a qualified professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site. By creating an account, you represent that both are true.

Your Data

We collect your email and the inputs and responses generated during demo sessions. See our Privacy Policy for details. Do not enter bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or credit card numbers.

AI-Generated Content

Some content on the Site may be generated or rephrased by AI models. Where it is, it may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and you should not treat it as authoritative. Figures produced by our tools are computed by our own software from published sources rather than generated by an AI model.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer the Site, scrape it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others. You agree not to use the Site to make automated requests on behalf of other people.

Account Termination

The Site does not require an account. You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you by emailing quin@iamquin.ai. We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice.

Intellectual Property

The Site, its content, and its underlying code are owned by Quin or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes during the demo.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

California Residents

Under California Civil Code §1789.3, California residents are entitled to the following consumer rights notice:

• Charges for the Site: none. The Site is currently provided free of charge.

Changes
