Privacy Policy

Quin Is Your Wise Buddy, Inc. ("Quin," "we," "us") operates iamquin.ai (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What We Collect

We collect only what you give us:

• Your email address, when you create an account.
• The financial inputs you submit during a demo session (a checking balance, or a credit card interest rate).
• The response the Site generates for you, which contains those inputs in derived form.
• Optional feedback you provide about a response.

We do not collect bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords to other services, or credit card numbers. Do not enter these into the Site.

How We Use It

We use your information to operate the demo, generate responses to your inputs, and study how the demo performs so we can improve it. We do not sell your information.

Third-Party AI Providers

The Site does not currently send your information to any third-party AI provider. An earlier version of this demo generated responses that way; the version you are using does not. If that changes, we will update this policy to name the provider before it happens.

Email From Us

If you opt in during signup, we may email you about this demo and future tests — for example, to invite you to try a new version, share findings, or let you know if the demo is ending. We send these through Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to quin@iamquin.ai.

How We Store It

We use Google Cloud to run the Site and store its data, Cloudflare to serve and protect it, and Resend to send email. We do not take payments through the Site, and we never ask for or store a card number. We use reasonable technical measures to protect the data, but no system is perfectly secure.

Analytics

We use our own first-party analytics system, plus Cloudflare's, to understand how the Site is used. This does not use cookies and does not store your IP address. It collects:

• Pages viewed and time spent, identified by a visitor hash that resets daily — not a persistent identifier.
• The referring site and any campaign parameters (e.g. utm_ tags) that brought you to the Site.
• General device and browser information.
• The network you’re connecting from (e.g. an internet provider or university network) and its general geographic location, derived from the connection rather than stored from your IP address.

When a visit leads to creating an account or submitting a survey, we associate the referring source and landing page with that signup so we can measure which channels are effective. We do not otherwise link analytics data to your account or identity, and we do not share it with third parties.

Automated traffic (bots, crawlers, link previews, and our own testing) is filtered out before it’s stored.

Your Choices

The Site does not require an account or a password. If you have given us your email address, you can ask us to delete it and everything associated with it by emailing quin@iamquin.ai, and we will. You can unsubscribe from our email at any time using the link in any message we send. Write to the same address with any other privacy request.

Disclosure

We may disclose information to the service providers described above, when required by law, or in connection with a sale of the business.

Eligibility

The Site is available only to United States residents who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the change.
